Hi Nam,

Can you please elaborate the problem a bit. I need to know the following:
- Which application did you buy for your card?
- Which application are you trying to use it with in Windows?

In general we can not offer any support on different types of card readers and you are advised to talk directly to the manufacturer of the card reader if you experience any problems with it.

Hi Nam,

I am assuming that the card application you installed to the card was the “Ledger U2F” since you are testing it with https://demo.yubico.com/u2f. To my knowledge, Chrome for desktop/laptop computers do not support U2F via NFC token (or any card based token), but only U2F via USB token. I would advise you to ask Google about this since I might not have the latest information, but I have not heard about anyone developing this for Chrome.
